Ingredients: 5 cups blended apricots (or fruit of choice) 1 pack sure jell ¼ cup sugar (to mix with sure jell) 2 ½ cups sugar Directions: Put blended apricots in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix sure jell with ¼ cup of sugar. Mix very well. Add mixture to the apricots and mix very well. Let rest 20 minutes, mixing once. Transfer to container of choice. Let stand a while before putting the containers into the freezer.
